How to Make 5-Minute Summer Peach & Feta Salad

For the peach salad

  • 1 ripe peach
  • ½ red onion, sliced fine
  • 1 cup salad greens
  • 3.5 oz. (100g) Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • Small handful of fresh basil

  • Add the dressing ingredients to a small jar with a lid. 
  • Shake for 30 seconds or until ingredients are combined. 

Step 2 – Make the Peach salad

  • Lay a bed of salad greens then layer with some sliced red onion on top. 
  • Cut a peach into thin slices around ½ cm thick (⅛ th inch). Add them to the salad.
  • Crumble the feta over the top of the salad and garnish with fresh basil.

Step 3 – Add Dressing and serve

  • Drizzle salad dressing over the salad right before serving.
