Box/cheese grater
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Red chili flakes to taste
Place sun-dried tomatoes, almonds, and peeled garlic cloves in the bowl of a food processor.
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup almonds, 3 cloves garlic
Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add Parmesan cheese (and chili flakes if using) and pulse again until mixed.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor is on until the mixture is smooth.
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Season with salt to taste.

Your sun-dried tomato pesto is ready to serve. If not using immediately, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Optional: Red chili flakes to taste
