- 1 large English cucumber chopped into half moons.
- 3 on-vine tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1/2 red onion sliced fine
- 1/2 cup black olives pitted
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
For the salad dressing
- ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
- ½ lemon juiced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Step 1 - Prepare the salad
Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion and add to a large bowl.
