- 500 gr yogurt 4 small tubs
- 4 eggs Medium size
- 50 gr of cornstarch 5 tbsp
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
Add the natural yogurt and eggs to the bowl and whisk until you get an even consistency.

Add the cornstarch and whisk the batter again until all the cornstarch is absorbed and there are no lumps.

Line the cake tin with parchment paper and pour the cake batter.
